Speed Regulator
Deschner Corp.
The Super-K Model Kinechek offers the advantage of a long 4-inch or 6-inch stroke unit within a short overall length. These leak-proof units can handle loads up to 1,200 lbs. Features include hardened tool steel high-pressure cylinder with an adjustable flow control passage and mirror-finished, tool steel cylinder mated to an all-metal piston with no sliding seals, which makes the plunger rod move smoothly at a constant rate throughout the entire stroke.

Thread Sealant
Henkel Corp.
The Loctite® 5452™ thread sealant is formulated for use on metal fittings found in high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic power systems. Curing four times faster than traditional anaerobic sealants, even on stainless steel or inert materials, it allows fittings under low pressure to be returned to service immediately. Available in 50 or 250 ml tubes, the thread sealant withstands operating temperatures from -65˚F to 300˚F and resists pressures up to 10,000 psi.

Hydraulic/Pneumatic Switch
NOSHOK
The 400 Series switch converts pneumatic and hydraulic pressure into switching functions, and is designed for applications requiring maximum accuracy under high loads. It is SPDT and can be normally open (N.O.) or normally closed (N.C.) depending on the wiring. The switching point is fully adjustable by means of a simple adjustment knob within the adjustment range. It also includes a locking mechanism for switch point adjustment.

Perfluoroelastomers
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions
Isolast® J9876 has a continuous operating temperature range from 19˚F to 527˚F/-7˚C to 275˚C with occasional peaks up to 599˚F/315˚C. The compound is available in any size O-ring, gasket, molded part, or rubber-to-metal bonded components, including door and gate seals. It is suitable for mechanical seals, chemical processing systems, pumps, valves, power generation equipment, refineries, and semiconductor applications not directly exposed to plasma sources.
